Notify CARE of a Concern

If you feel that this incident/situation may lead to harm to the individual or others, if there is an emergency, or if you feel there is a significant threat to the university and/or its community, please contact Campus Security and Police Information at 426-6911 or dial 9-1-1.

1. Submit a CARE Report (preferred option)

An electronic referral system that promotes student success and retention. This web-based software enables faculty and staff to identify students who are having difficulties, connect them with campus services that can provide appropriate interventions, and receive feedback on actions taken.

2. CARE Consultations

CARE Consultations: If you are unsure of whether your situation arises to the level of filing a CARE report or not, please feel free to contact the Office of the Dean of Students and ask to speak to a member of the CARE Team. You can call 426-1527 for this consultation.
